The flat is on the top floor of Warwick Gardens House, a three-storey Victorian Mansion block built in 1901 which was converted into one-bedroom and studio flats, including a ground floor newsagent and grocers store, in the 1980’s. The block, which faces North East, is located in a quiet residential area with The Villa Nursery School at one end and Warwick Gardens Park at the other. Flat No. 15 is in the middle on the top floor at the front of the building. From the three sash windows at the front, there are magnificent views of Canary Wharf, the Dome and Greenwich. The view is particularly spectacular at night when Canary Wharf and the Dome are illuminated along with other landmark sites.
The flat itself is light and airy with the sun rising at the front and working its way to the back in the afternoons and evenings. There is plenty of storage space including a built-in wardrobe and shelves, bathroom cabinet and several kitchen cupboards. Kitchen appliances include washer-dryer, cooking & eating utensils, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, pots & pans, and toaster.
There is a futon couch/double bed, double duvet and pillows. Duvet and pillow covers and sheets are provided. There is also a sofa bed that can be used to accommodate a third person, if necessary. There is a single duvet, pillow and linen for the sofa bed. The bathroom which has recently been refurbished has a large shower unit and a plentiful supply of hot water. Towels (including towels for use at the swimming pool), are provided, along with basic toiletries including toilet rolls, hand wash, shower gel and shampoo.
Household amenities include CD Player, DVD/Blu Ray Player, large selection of DVDs and Blu Ray discs, Internet Access, HD TV with BT Vision, radio clock alarm, iron & ironing board and telephone.
At the rear of the property is a private garden and outdoor with a heated swimming pool for use by residents and guests. The pool is accessed via the side gate at the end of the property nearest Warwick Gardens Park. The pool is maintained to a high standard and is usually very quiet. At weekends, the pool can be slightly busier with the children who must be accompanied by resident adults or their guests. There is a communal barbeque and cooking utensils are provided. There is a toilet and hand basin located in the shed at one end of the garden.

Minimum 1-week rental. £250 (one week) or 25% of rental price (two-to-three weeks) payable in advance secures booking. £500 deposit on arrival; refundable on departure. Payment by PayPal or GBP.
